📧 Email Notifications

When a task status changes to Needs Review, an email notification will be sent to your manager automatically via your default email client.

All emails listed below will be notified when a task is set to Needs Review.

The "View Task" button in review emails will link here. Can be a Google Drive share link, GitHub Pages URL, etc.

✅ Email notifications are sent automatically via Google Apps Script (MailApp) when a task status is changed to "Needs Review". No extra setup needed - just make sure the manager email is saved.

🗂️ Site List

Manage the list of sites shown in the sidebar. Each site can group tasks from all platforms.

🌐 Website List

Manage the list of websites available in the Website platform dropdown. You can also add new ones directly from the New Task form.

🗑️ Deleted Tasks (Trash)

Tasks you delete are moved here. Restore them anytime.
